Accufab 4V Complete Secondary Tensioner and Chain Kit 

Fits Ford 4.6L, 5.4L or 5.8L 4V engines only. The kit includes high quality billet tensioners for both the Driver and Passenger side, and two heavy duty secondary chains, which offers 50% more tensile strength. Both tensioners are designed to use significantly less oil during operation and also uses a custom one piece plunger assembly. Furthermore, the passenger side tensioner is designed to apply tension to the correct side of the chain, opposite of Ford's design.
