At Modular Head Shop, Our main goal is to provide our customers with high quality parts, fair pricing and the know how to get the job right the first time. We try our best to provide our customers with detailed descriptions, specifications and fitment on every item we sell. We feel that by providing the most information possible, we can help our customers make an educated decision when purchasing any parts from us. Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit and Debit Cards. We also accept payments via PayPal or Wire Transfer. In addition to accepting electronic payments, we will also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Although this method takes an additional 3-4 Days in most cases, some of our customers prefer this method and we will gladly accept it. International Orders must pay via verified PayPal or Wire Transfer. There is too much fraud going on at the moment for us to accept International Credit Card Payments. For orders over $5,000.00, we offer a 3% wire transfer discount.
Domestic Shipping: We utilize UPS Ground shipping for most orders within the lower 48 States. Orders under $500 being shipped to the lower 48 States will be charged a Flat Rate $15 shipping and handling fee. Most orders over $500 will qualify for Free Shipping with the exception of oversized items like Tires, Wheels, Engine Blocks, ect. Turbochargers, Crankshafts and Rotating Assemblies still qualify for free shipping within the Lower 48 States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the products. Items not in stock will be shipped directly from the Manufacturer so you can receive them in a timely manner.
International Shipping: International Orders will ship via FedEx International or USPS depending on size and weight of the package. We ship many heavy items like Crankshafts and Large Turbochargers Internationally on a regular basis. Do to frequent shipping, we can provide our International Customers with Discounted Rates on most shipping. We do not look to make a profit on any shipping charges and therefore you will be charged the least possible price.
Return Policy: Returns must be made within 30 Days of Purchase. Returns must also be in NEW, UNUSED Condition and are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Certain Items such as Electronics, and Built to Order Items including Custom Engine Parts and Turbochargers will not be accepted. The Return amount with be refunded in the same form as the original payment type. Please contact us by way of phone or email before sending any returns. It is possible that if the 30 days has past, we will still accept the return as long as it is in the same condition it was delivered. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy: Orders that have not shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This simply covers the credit card processing fee and our time spent processing the order / refund. If you unsure of fitment of a part or its availability, please contact us before placing your order.
Pricing: Due to the amount of items we offer, all prices are subject to change at any given time. Some advertised pricing may not be current. Should you purchase an item with incorrect pricing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
