Modular Head Shop 5.0L Coyote Cylinder Support Kit

Too often we hear of 5.0L Coyote Block failures, even with good internals. While Sleeving is always recommended for high HP builds, the Cylinder Support Kit can make the OEM Blocks reliable well above 1000 WHP without spending a couple extra grand on sleeves and installation. While most of the issues are on the thrust side of the cylinder wall, both sides of the cylinders should be supported.

This Kit will come with everything needed to strengthen up your factory 5.0L Coyote engine block (Gen 1 & 2).
Proven to hold 1200 WHP!

Includes:

(16) CNC Machined Block Support Inserts
(32) 316 Stainless Steel Set Screws
(1) High Speed Steel Drill Bit
(1) High Speed Steel Tap
(1) Tube of Red Loctite

The inserts are machined as thick as possible. Since the blocks are cast, some may fit tighter than others.

It is highly recommend you deburr the edges at the top of the water jackets to remove any casting flash that may make the installation a bit more difficult.

We recommend drilling the top hole .750" down from the deck of the block and the bottom hole 2.375" from the deck.
