Adjustable Lash Adjuster for Ford 4.6L / 5.4L 2V, 3V and 4V Cylinder Heads

• Fits all 4.6L / 5.4L 2V, 3V and 4V Cylinder Heads. 
• Also fits Ford GT / GT500 Exhaust Side Only.
• Must be used with standard 4.6L followers if you want to make adjustments without removal. 

Suggestions for lash adjuster preload is .002" at the base circle. Loosen the lash adjuster until the follower can wiggle. Tighten up while watching the dial indicator. Once the gauge starts to move you are at zero lash. Add .001" - .002" and start the cam degree process.
