5.0L Coyote - OEM Lash Adjusters - Set of 32

We recommend replacing the Lash Adjusters on 5.0L Coyote Cylinder Heads with over 120K Miles on them. It's always a good idea to replace them when it is most convenient. If you are assembling a freshened up or ported set of heads, or installing aftermarket camshafts and the mileage is getting up there, go ahead and replace the lash adjusters. They will eventually wear out and it's better to replace them with it's most convenient, because it's not a fun thing to do in the vehicle.
